As with our consoles repairs, our controller services include courier collections anywhere in SA and deliveries. The service fee also includes a controller cleaning and testing. 

Once we receive the controller, we'll give you a repair quote, which you can accept or decline. If you accept, the remaining repair costs need to be paid before the console is sent back. If you decline, we will return your controller at no additional costs.
